Banana Chocolate Chip Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

• 1⁄2 heaping cup rolled oats 

• 2/3 cup almond milk 

• 1/3 cup Greek yogurt 

• 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds 

• 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey 

• 1-2 tablespoons chocolate chips (mini is preferred) 

• 1⁄2 teaspoon of vanilla extract 

• A pinch of salt 

• 1⁄2 banana (chopped for toppings) 

Instructions:

• Combine all ingredients except for banana slices, which you will top your oats with after mixing.

• Let it sit in the fridge overnight.
