Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients:

• Jasmine Rice 

• Bag of frozen carrot, corn, and pea mix 

• 1 egg 

• Soy sauce 

• 1 white onion 

• Toasted sesame oil (if not too expensive) 

• Butter 

• garlic 


Instructions:

• Scramble eggs in a separate pan and set them off to the side. 

• Saute vegetables with garlic and butter until onions are see-through. 

• Turn the burner on high heat and scoot the vegetables over to one side of the pan. Throw in the rest of the butter, precooked and chilled rice, and soy sauce. 

• Stir continuously until the rice and vegetables start to brown. Then, throw in the scrambled eggs and sesame oil. 

• Cook for another minute or so.
