Pumpkin Chocolate Brownie

Contents (single serving)

• 3 tablespoons of almond flour (or all purpose) 

• 2 tablespoons nondairy milk 

• 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder 

• 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey) 

• 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree 

• 1 tablespoon peanut butter 

• 1⁄4 teaspoon baking powder 

• 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract 

• Chocolate chips 

Instructions

• Bake for 20-22 minutes in 350-degree oven (preferred) or microwave for 1 minute and then in 10 second increments until set.

• A microwave-safe mug is recommended!
